Question: Hi I had a 2nd c section last my bday came home fine after two days I got whistling sound while exhaling lying down. I am worried any this the doc says its postpartum fluid retention as my legs are also swollen little fluid in my lungs too is this normal for post party's will it go away

I can understand your situation and problem.
Yes, it normal to have some fluid in the lung after cesarean section. It is known as post partum pulmonary edema.
It is due to lower lobe Atelectesis (partial collapse) ddue to gravid uterus.
Actually gravid uterus (enlarged) can push the diaphragm and lower lobes. So movement of lower lobes are less during later part of pregnancy. This causes Atelectesis.
And this favours fluid in the lower lobes.
It will resolve itself after delivery.
It usually takes 1 week post partum for complete resolution of fluid.
You can try deep breathing exercise and chest physiotherapy for fasten recovery.
