Brief Answer:
involuntary movements

Detailed Answer:
Hello I have been through your question and understand your concern.

Jerking generally is a term referred to involuntary movements. If it involves only the hands and on movement it is called intentional tremor and is quite common in your age and is benign.

But, you report that now jerks involve the arms as well and is associated with headache. In such contest, you need a neurological physical examination, to see if there is any sign of extrapyramidal involvement. Generally these signs are monolateral which can progress into bilateral, but still this is the first thing to rule out. Then, the neurologist, according to the exam, will decide if you eventually need any other exam, like MRI.

After these steps, it will more clear on the eventual treatment or if there is anything to worry about.

Till then, stay calm. Hope this answers your question, please feel free for further questions.

Brief Answer:
respiratory acidosis and muscular fatigue possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello again. Emphysema is related to headache when the blood is not adeguately supplied with oxygen causing respiratory acidosis. This can caise headache. You can check the level of O2 in the blood to rule oit this eventuality.
Emphysema is also related to some muscle wasting which can cause muscular fatigue which can be expressed with shaking on voluntary movements. This is a chronic condition.
Still, the first thing to rule out is a neurologic condition, as the neurologist can settle if these movements are voluntary or not. This is very important in my opinion.
So, yes, even emphysema can cause such symptoms.

Hope this helps. Wish you good health
