Brief Answer:
Could be due to age related degenerative changes

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concern. What you explain is called tinnitus. It usually involves a age related degenerative change of the hearing apparatus in our inner ear and is hard to treat. I would insist you to get an Audiometry done. The results will confirm my suspicion. If that is the case, taking tablets with ginkgo biloba extract should provide relief.

thank you but i have done Audiometry and other tests and no evidence for any known causes at last they asume Alergy or congetion and prescribed medication,it bring little change or no change then i should stop it because i didn't see a change, they say ear drum is okay and i don't have infection other than this they didn't find any evidence for this, the thing is when i am in higher floor and when i wake up that time is most of the symptoms persist, thank you

Brief Answer:
Still I feel that it is due to degenerative changes

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

I understand the situation but even though nothing has been found in the examination and investigations, I suspect it to be due to nothing other than sensorineural degenerative changes of the hearing apparatus of your inner ear. If that is the case, situation is indeed bleak and it might be hard to treat. However, taking tablets with ginkgo biloba extract might provide relief and you should try it out.
