What Causes Spots On Foreskin In A Sexually Active Person?
Question: I want to know what the spots on my foreskin are? Maybe fordyce spots? I have no other symptoms. I just noticed them randomly so I got worried.
I am sexually active but never had unprotected sex.
As I said , no pain, no other symptoms.
Can it be herpes ?

I don't exactly know when they appeared but I noticed them around 4-5 months ago and they haven't changed since.

I have seen the attached pictures .
Although the lesions appear to be like fordyce spots , but is is difficult to confirm the diagnosis by seeing the pictures alone.
You can start application of tretinoin 0.025 percent gel over the lesions at night under the prescription of your doctor.
In case the lesions tend to persist or increase ,then you should surely see a nearby dermatologist and get the lesions checked with a magnifying lens .
