Question: My tongue is sore and has white and dark patches, it doesn't look like thrush?

Sometimes soreness of tongue happens due to lack of vitamins.
It is called as geographic tongue.
I treat such cases with a steroid oral paste like kenacort oral paste to be applied twice a day for a week and tablet Vitamin B Complex one tablet daily to be taken for a month.
This should give you relief.
