What Causes Small White Bumps On Penis?
Question: I am a 28 year old sexually active white male in great general health.
Recently small white bumps have appeared on my penis. I have bumps on my shaft that I believe are follicular and am not concerned about. I also have what I believe is a mild case of pearly penile papules around some parts of the corona which also do not concern me. The new bumps are beneath the glans on the ventral side, inner foreskin layer. They have been there for at least a few weeks.
There is no pain, itching, oozing, crusting or any other symptoms. They're more visible when the skin is stretched.
Is this just more pearly penile papules? Or could this be HPV/genital-wart, HSV/herpes, or something else I should be concerned about?
Secondly, I have a small purple/violet spot that's very slightly raised on the glans. It also appeared recently. It seems vascular in nature but I'd also appreciate guidance on whether it's any cause for concern. Again, no other associated symptoms. In one of the attached photos I have pointed it out.

I have seen your clinical pictures.
1. The multiple, small, yellowish-white bumps which you have on your foreskin could be what is called as " Sebaceous hyperplasia". These are small bumps arising from the sebaceous/ oil glands on the skin. They usually occur on the face where oil glands are the maximum, but rarely appear on the foreskin also.
They need not be treated as they do no cause any harm.
2. The second type of lesion which you have could be what is called as a " Cherry angioma". This is a small collection of blood vessels and is rare on the genitalia, but could still occur. You can leave it alone at the moment. In case you notice that it is increasing in size, you may show it to a dermatologist who would cauterise the lesion.
They do not appear to be warts/ herpes lesions.
