What Causes Small Red Bump Appeared On My Upper Lip?

Question: Thursday a small red bump appeared on my upper lip in my mustache it doesn't hurt or anything until I start squeezing it...Do you know what it is?

I am so sorry to hear about this pimple. Having reviewed your information, it is possible that this was a mere pimple or inflamed hair follicle. You manipulation caused the lesion to get sore and become painful. This can also delay healing and pave the way to further infections. I will strongly recommend that you stop picking on this all the time. It would regress all by itself and faster if you stop picking on it constantly.
