Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be cancer; most probably it is a lipoma

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. The symptoms are suggesting of a lipoma(a benign growth of subcutaneous fat). Chances of malignancy are highly unlikely. I would suggest you to get an ultrasound of that area done which will confirm if its lipoma or not. In case it is lipoma, you will be having two options for treatment:

First: leave it as such. It will not harm. In future if it makes discomfort then surgical removal can be done.

Second Option: get an appointment by a general surgeon for surgical excision under local anaesthesia.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
