Brief Answer:
I will advise you to do MRI spine as nerve compres

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.
Due to compression of this nerve root there can be pain in your thigh.

I will advise you to do MRI spine as nerve compression in spine can lead to pain in and around thigh.
For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic [methylcobalamine with pregabalin] medication can be started after consulting your doctor.
Till time you can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
Back and thigh exercises will help in reducing pain.

There is another possibility of iliotibial band tightness leading to thigh pain. Clinical examination will help in diagnosis.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.
