Brief Answer:
Primary care doctor, liver, kidney, tumor, stomach outlet obstruction

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

It is nice to know you have not been taking any medications lately that could explain the nausea.

Abrupt onset nausea could be of liver, kidney or generally a tumoral process. It might of importance to note if you have had any jaundice lately, or any past history of liver or kidney disease.

Doing a complete blood count to check for any anomalies in the blood profile could be very useful.

Have you also noticed any recent onset of fatigue or general alteration in your health status? this should be mixed with fatigue that could arise from repeated vomiting too.

Blood urea and creatinine levels, and a complete electrolyte panel might be useful in checking for liver function.

Other causes of repeated vomiting could be an obstruction of the stomach outlet (pyloric sphincter), which causes accumulation of food in the stomach and repeated vomiting.

I strongly suggest you consult your primary care doctor for a complete clinical review. I do not think taking drugs against nausea and vomiting at this point with a deep search to ascertain the cause is advisable,

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
