Brief Answer:
Possible right side ureter calculus.Kindly get urine,ultrasound examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the details .

* Suspicious remains for right sided ureter calculus mostly .
* Suggestions at present

- Kindly take a urine microscopy report , ultrasound examination of abdomen &
pelvis .
- Plenty of liquids by mouth , organic citrus fruits , cranberry XXXXXXX once
daily in a glass of drinking water will help a lot .
- Anti spasmodic medicines as Drotaverine will work well than Motrin .
- Use washroom whenever needed ( do not withhold urine ) .

Hope this will help you .
