Brief Answer:
continue steroid cream, oral antihistamine, baking soda

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The rash likely represents an allergic reaction to the cream.

Treatment: (1) immediate discontinuation of the anusol

(2)continue the use of the steroid cream, sparingly twice daily. Using the smallest amount that would do the job

(3)oral antihistamine such as benadryl , claritine, zyrtec or allergra

(4)baking soda- either sitting in bath water with baking soda (approx 1 cup to bathtub of water ) or applying a paste (3 tbs of baking soda to 1 tbs of water)

If soaking, apply steroid cream after soak.

If using paste, apply paste for 10 to 15 minutes, remove then apply steroid cream

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
