Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The BP and pulse are within normal range. Based on the description, the likely cause is hypoglycemia which is a lowered blood sugar. Basic metabolic panel including blood sugar should be checked and corrected accordingly. Anxiety or panic attack are also a possibility. Thyroid function tests can be done as baseline to rule out hyperthyroidism as the cause. NSAIDs like naproxen can be advised for the headache. Based on symptoms alone treatment should not be done. The cause should be determined first via the above workup.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
