Question: My wife has a bad head ache, her stomach is upset, she has tingling in her hands and is somewhat confused. She does not have chest pain and passes several of stroke signs tests. She thinks she is having a panic attack. I'm worried it may be more than that.

She should take timely breakfast and lunch, avoiding fasting.
Avoid excessive tea or coffee or chocolates.
Prophylaxis drugs like flunarizine or amitriptyline or topiramate can be used.
