Brief Answer:
Post–Lyme syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

You seems to have post-Lyme symptoms (marked fatigue, body ache/diffuse musculo-skeletal pain, generalized symptoms like body feeling hot inside, malaise, eyes burning etc ).
You do not seem to have any flare-up or late manifestations of Lyme disease as they are are usually associated with minimal systemic symptoms.

Post–Lyme syndrome may be treated with intravenous ceftriaxone for 30 days followed by oral doxycycline for 60 days. However many patients are given simply treatment for the relief of symptoms rather than with prolonged courses of antibiotics.
Discuss with your doctor.
