Brief Answer:
Hello

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for the query.

Looks like your symptoms are severe. Possibly it could be gastritis which is an inflammation of inner lining of stomach.
At this point of time, please continue with medications prescribed by ER. Additionally you can add a prokinetic like domperidone 10 mg thrice a day if available over the counter. Mild antispasmodic like mebeverine 135 mg can be taken if available over the counter too. You can check with the pharmacist for alternative over the counter prokinetic and antispasmodic if these are not available.

In addition lifestyle changes like
Eating on time
Taking adequate rest and sleep
Taking small frequent meals
Avoiding stress
Avoiding pain killers
Regular walk, exercise
Avoiding coffee dark chocolate will all help in long run

I think you need evaluation with some Investigations Like ultrasonography, some blood investigations and if deemed necessary an endoscopy. So plan to see your primary care physician.

Hope this answers your query
Wish you a speedy recovery
Happy to help
