Brief Answer:
Behavioral therapy may help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You can try behavioral therapy and medication treatment together. This therapy will show you how to control your stress reaction. Also you will learn how to recognize anxious reactions.

Please note that some people may respond to treatment after a few months but others may need much more time.

When you have feelings of panic breathe slowly and deeply. Also if you will find in panic situation you should focus on something different like objects around you.

You can try to exercise regularly. Exercising can increase your self-confidence and reduce the level of the stress. Try to avoid drinking alcohol and coffee.

Summary I suggest you to find a good therapist so that he or she will help you to understand your feelings.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
