Question: Hi.
I have two problems.
1. I am feeling sensitivity in my single gum, a bit red, lower jaw front teeth. little pain too.

2. I am feeling a Lil swelling on right side of my next, just under jaw.
its inside, when I touch something pea sized, not visible from outside. but a Lil pain.

Thanks for posting a query,
I have gone through your attached photographs.

It looks like gingivitis.
The nodule you are complaining of is due to lymph node. which usually appears in all sort of infections. Nothing to worry about it, will vanish by self after the infection is gone.

I suggest you to use METROGYL DG gel for local application 3 times daily.
And TAB. COMBIFLAM 1 TABLET 2 TIMES FOR 3 DAYS.
