What Causes Semen Leakage From Vagina After Sex?

Question: After having sex with my wife as soon i get up the semen is coming out.How can i know if the sperms is reaching egg.Can i ignore this.What are the best positions for the sperms to reach the egg.

Please let me know Is there premature ejaculation?
According to the latest diagnostic criteria by DSM 5, premature ejaculation should be defined when there is ejaculation within one minute after entering tin to vagina or even before penetration.

There is no specific way by which we can know that sperm is reaching egg(ovum).Only after pregnancy we can confirm that. To become pregnant female should remain in supine (lying down/sleeping) position for at least an hour (preferably whole night) after successful intercourse so sperms can reach deep in to cervix or uterus. After successful ejaculation in vagina she should raise her legs with help of support or just bent her legs in the way that her knees touch to her breasts. This position for half an hour will help sperms to reach deep in to cervix and increases chances of pregnancy. Please note that egg is present in uterus only for 3 days after ovulation one time per menstrual cycle.

There is problem in getting pregnant. Please provide more details so I can help you further.

- What is duration of marriage and active sexual married life?

- What are the dates of her last 3 menstrual periods? Is her period regular? Is there any gynecological problem? Have any check up done until now?

- Has semen analysis done?

- What is position during sex? Are you on top or she?

Premature ejaculation means your ejaculation occurs early before your wife reaches to orgasm during intercourse. I have already defined it in previous answer. However if you can ejaculate inside deep in vagina, it is not the issue for pregnancy.

I am sorry I could not find any specific video for positions. I will try to search further for the same.

2.5 years,she has PCos problem,menstural cycle are normal with 2 days change.iam on top of her.my penis will get pushed out and the semen comes out as soon as I getup.i will submit my semen analysis below

Colour :Grayish white Opaque,quantity : 2 ml,reaction : alakaline, liquefaction time : 30 min, odour: seminal,activly motile:40%,sluggushly motile : 40%,non motile : 20%,normal forms : 85%,abnormal form:15%,epithelial cells :01-02/HPF,Pus cells: 3-4/HPF,RBC:NIL,Sperm count :32mill/ml,semen for fructose : positive.

After having ejaculation after 2 mins my penis comes out and semen comes out,so in order the semen to not come out what should i do

Hi,

Semen report is almost Normal and very fine. Only 3-4 pus cells suggests possibility of some infection and some kind of antibiotic course is sufficient for the same.

First of all ejaculation should occur when penis is deep inside vagina. After ejaculation penis becomes loose. You should not remove this penis from vagina and you and your partner both should remain in same position for at least five minutes. After that you can remove penis and your wife should remain in supine position with her leg end raised. She should not stand up or seat for at least an hour or preferably till morning.
