Brief Answer:
Gallbladder stones/inflammation/infection&colitis attack to rule out...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I am sorry for the situation you are going through.

Taking into account your medical history, the pain you are referring in your right side, under the rib cage that appears 45 minutes after eating and associated with loose stool might be related to:

- gallstones
- colitis attack

If I was your caring doctor would advise to run further diagnostic tests to determine the right cause and appropriate treatment:
- abdominal ultrasound (to verify if the stones are still in your gallbladder or if there is any local inflammation; and to see if there is gas on the bowels of right side)
- liver function test
- complete blood count

Until you get the tests done, I advise to:
- avoid foods that would cause gas (beans, etc.) or those that might trigger pain (oily/spicy/chilly/fried foods)
- avoid using straw when drinking
- have your dinner at least 6 hours before going to bed
- eat often, small portions and chew up slowly

Hope it was of help!
