What Causes Regular Headache, Pain In Hand, Legs, Vomiting And Blurry Vision?

Question: Everyday suffering from Headache, Started from Right Side. Sometime feel wale of pain in middle of head.
Also Feeling pain in hand and legs joint.
Vomiting and blur eyes.
Always getting irritated

Sometime it works and sometime not. I need 2 Disprin.

Fever- Body temp almost close to 100'F
Ear Discharge -Yes
weakness in limbs?-Lots of weakness

Any joint swelling with pain? NO

Get brain imaging and examination by a neurologist

Hello,
Possibility of migraine headache is more likely.
In view of fever and ear discharge you need to get brain imaging either contrast enhanced CT or MRI.
Visit to a neurologist for examination is advised.
Medications like amitryptiline and Flunarizine can be taken for migraine prophylaxis.
Avoid skipping meals, extreme humid conditions, exertion.
Pain killers like Naproxen or Aceclofenac can be taken for pain relief.

Hello,
In view of unilateral swelling over face you need to visit a neurologist for headache, fever and facial swelling.
Possibility of cavernous sinus thrombosis may be there in view of ear discharge and above mentioned symptoms.
You may need contrast enhanced Mri and Mr venography.
