Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I will like to tell you that the symptoms you are telling will notbe able to lead us to a diagnosis but still we can discuss the options.

One thing I want to ask you is that whether you are having irregeual periods as in perimenopausal women these symptoms are very common . Next it can be an anxiety attack as it comes and goes . Rest I will also advise you to get your your routine blood tests to be done along with thyroid hormone assay as they can also give rise to such symptoms.

Take care.
