Brief Answer:
Upload the picture, might be contact dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I would like to know since when you are facing this problem?
Is it one feet or both?
Have you come in contact with any substance that you usually won't?
Do you have any other medical illness?

I feel it might be contact dermatitis. Presently was the area with cool water and with mild soap. Tap it dry, and apply your cortisone ointment. There should be improvement with this. I would have advised you to take tab cetirizine 10 mg once daily for 3 days. It will take care of itching.

Kindly upload the pictures of the lesions, I'll get through them and let you know what they might be.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
