Brief Answer:
Amoxicillin 100 mg is not the adult dose.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Here,I want to know why you have been given amoxicillin 100 mg dosage only,it is not the adult dose rather it should be given 500 mg three times daily for an adult whose weight is more than 50 kg.

It is quite possible to reappear throat infection symptoms when insufficient antibiotic dosage has been taken.

So,in my advice you should see some local physician or some GP who will examine you thoroughly with some routine blood works and can prescribe you appropriate antibiotic (preferably amoxicillin with clavulanic acid or azithromycin) in a sufficient adult dosage with other symptomatic medications.

Hope this will clear your picture how to proceed further. If you have any doubt then you can ask me follow-up query,I will be happy to answer that.

Regards,
