Brief Answer:
Pulsation is commonly due to an inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/70 - visited a Doctor- tests of Echo, EKG, tick test normal - Pulsating left breast since you removed possible tick bite - bled a lot at the site of removal - but still pulsating - no pain - wants to know reasons...

The most probable reason can be an internal inflammation caused by the poison of the tick or whichever thing you removed.
This can be confirmed by Ultrasonography with color doppler.
If inflammation is present you needs the medicines accordingly.
Pulsation is characteristic of edema or actual problem like aneurysm or so and will be confirmed or ruled out by color doppler with ultrasound.

I hope this answer helps you to get an early and proper diagnosis, please feel free to ask for relevant further queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
