Brief Answer:
To check for uncontrolled hypertension and cervical spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Would you clarify a few things for me, please?
*how long have you had these symptoms?
*is it getting worse, better or remains the same?
*any triggers or relieving factors that you noticed like lack of sleep, stress, dehydration, physical strain?
*do you have any other medical issues or take any medications? Other than high blood pressure.
*have you had any blood tests or other tests done recently?
*any recent illness like cold, flu, sinusitis, sore throat?
*do you have any other symptoms like ringing in the ears, thumping sensation in the chest, digestion troubles, numbness in fingers/arms?
*how is your Stool and urine?
*do you do any activity that strains your neck or keeps it flexed/extended for prolonged periods?

Based on your symptoms I would like to check uncontrolled hypertension and cervical spondylosis.
I recommend :
-a physician consult and cardiologist opinion. Neurologist opinion if required, based on clinical exam.
-an electrocardiogram and echocardiogram
-x-rays of the chest and spine
-blood tests (complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests).
-urine analysis

Based on these results and clinical exam findings, we can arrive at a diagnosis.

In the meantime,
-stay well hydrated (indicated by light colour of urine during the day). If your doctor told you to restrict water intake, please follow their advice.
-sleep on a comfortable pillow (not too high)
-avoid sitting for more than half hour at a time and sit on a cushioned chair, to avoid spine compression.
-don't make sudden changes in your body or head position. Do it gradually.

If you have any weakness in the body or face, light headedness, chest discomfort /pain, unexplained sweating, ease visit the ER right Away.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
