Brief Answer:
polymenorrhoea.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
I believe you are breast feeding your child and during breast feeding ideally the menses should stop till breast feeding is adequately done. The twice in a month menses indicate that breast feeding is not been done every 4hrly and the prolactin levels are comparatively lower and progesterones have not increased indicating that you are having anovulatory cycles. These can be controlled with tranexamic acid tabs ( antifibrinolytic) ( can be prescribed by PCP) if the bleeding is heavy , else they may regularise after you stop breast feeding post 6 months, once hormonal balance is re-established. So need not worry at all.
