What Causes Pins And Needles Sensation In Lower Back After A Surgery For Torn Thumb Ligament?

default
Posted on Sat, 2 Aug 2014
Question: I just had surgery on my torn thumb ligament from a bike fall. after the surgery I took homeophathic phosperous mostly in water for about 5 days, about two pellets at a time, every 3 hours or so.

I noticed since the surgery that if I merely touch the middle of my back, from the spine to the right, I get momentary pins and needles down the back of my right thigh.

Brief Answer:
THIS may not be related to your previous surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
This may not be related to your previous surgery.
Probability that numbness can be due spine disc bulge.
I will advise you MRI spine if pain did not reduced.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to ask. I will be happy to answer your question. Take care.
