What Causes Pimple Like Spot On The Tip Of The Penis?
Question: Pimple looking thing on tip of penis at first more like a whitehead very small like you would get by your nose but white puss keeps coming out quite a bit compared to the size of it at the beginning and now it is just a hole does not hurt or burn little redness

1) did you have unprotected sex or Oral sex very recently?
Please get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis
1) Urine routine and Culture
2) Swab test and culture of pus from the lesion
Start taking antibiotic like Augmentin and Nitrofurantoin twice daily and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Can you get this if your penis accidentally touched someone elses body fluids on a seat of a santi hut? I did that around 2 weeks probably less And yes to question 1 but only with my wife and we are both monogamous married 30 years she is fine
