Brief Answer:
Malaise, lassitude and fatigue.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!,
Welcome to health care magic!
Thanks for sharing your concerns with us and I would like to be of any help.

Based on the history you have shared, for generalised weakness and lethargy, I would suggest you to check levels of calcium, vitamin D3, B12, thyroid function tests, blood sugars random, and other electrolytes like sodium and potassium.

You can also start using supplements for D3, B1, B6, B12 and folic acid. These will make you feel better. If weakness increases many folds and interfere with carrying out normal daily life activities or movements consult a neurologist for detailed evaluation.

Fatigue can be associated with many disorders including a flu.

If you have had it for more than 2 weeks without an obvious cause (like illness), I would like to primarily rule out obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), thyroid hormone imbalances & anemia.

Would you please clarify a few things for me?
- when did you attain menopause?
- any vaginal bleed after that?
- any other medical issues? Medications?
- what is your height and weight?
- has anyone noticed if you snore?

Some take home message-

I'd recommend :
- a physician consult
-blood tests (complete blood count, peripheral smear, TSH, free T3, free T4, kidney & liver function tests)
-sleep study to check for sleep apnea

Based on the above test results and clinical findings, further investigation (if required) and a treatment plan will be formulated.

The sleep study will involve an overnight stay at the study center.

In the meantime, stay well hydrated, take proper rest. Try to maintain routine sleep times as much as possible.

Try to take a stroll (if you feel up to it) outdoors.
Avoid sunlight between 10am and 4pm but do get some sunlight in the early morning.

If you have any giddiness, chest discomfort, breathing difficulty, visit the ER right away. Don't drive and take someone along.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Wish you good health.
Regards.
