What Causes Painful Red Spots With Skin Sensitivity On One Side Of Body?
Question: For 4 days, I've had aching under my arm that has spread to my shoulder blade. Skin sensitivity and a few red spots have appeared. Could this be shingles?

You have not uploaded the picture of rash, it can be helpful to me for confirming shingles. Further, I would like to ask whether your rash is associated with blister formation or not. Blisters are also sign of shingles. If you are having any chronic illness or on cancer therapy and didn't have chickenpox in the past then there is increased risk of shingles.
I advice you to consult a local doctor and have antiviral medications to prevent further complications due to shingles. Use cold compresses on the rash to relieve pain.
