Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection / calculi (stones).

Detailed Answer:
welcome to Health care magic.
I am Dr Ganesh.

1.Since you have a history of renal calculi / and present symptoms - Most likely cause could be reoccurrence of the calculus.

2.The blood in the urine could be due to the obstruction/trauma to the ureter caused by the calculus (stone).

3.Smelly urine could be due to urinary tract infection.

4. If you are my patient, i would have ask for a ultrasound abdomen pelvis to confirm the presence of the calculus and status of the kidney, ureters, bladder. After that needful treatment could be done, In some cases an IVP maybe needed. So suggest you to see your GP and get an ultrasound done.

5. As a remedy i would recommend you to have plenty of water / fluids in order to flush out the small stones(calculi) and infection( smelly urine).

But needs attention as chronic obstruction may effect the kidney function in long standing symptoms.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
