Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The throat needs to be examined to look for any growth or neuromuscular issue leading to difficulty in swallowing. Dysphagia is pain on swallowing, oral and esophageal candidiasis can be possible causes. An ENT consultant should ideally examine the throat for proper management and ruling out any sinister cause.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
