Brief Answer:
Permanent cure is surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in

Acute fissure in ano is a very painful condition and the best cure is surgery

Yet here is the basic conservative treatment

Sitz bath twice a day
Analgesic antiinflammatory thrice a day [Diclofenac sodium/Trypsin+Chymotrypsin]
Probiotic twice a day

A local anesthetic gel for application
Management of constipation [ Laxatives]

Hope this helps

Do you mean i cannot be cured without surgery? You straight away recommend surgery for your patients? Please give alternative cure

Answered by Dr. Ajit Naniksingh Kukreja (29 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
You asked for a permanent cure

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for your followup

I think you misunderstood, You asked for a permanent cure

Most conservative treatments are symptomatic and then the fissure turns chronic

Need of surgery at first consultation comes only after clinically examining the patient

Again I have already given the option of conservative treatment in my first reply

Repeating again :

Sitz bath twice a day
Analgesic antiinflammatory thrice a day [Diclofenac sodium/Trypsin+Chymotrypsin]
Probiotic twice a day

A local anesthetic gel for application
Management of constipation [ Laxatives]

Hope this clears your queries

Brief Answer:
You may continue Exercise/Gym

Detailed Answer:
Hi

THanks for writing in again

You may continue exercise and gym

Instead of taking conservative treatment for long term, you better control your constipation and bowel habits after the symptoms are controlled

Hope this helps
Wishing you a healthy life ahead
