Brief Answer:
If pain persist then you can consult your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.
Post operative pain in thigh and foot can be due to excessive post arthroscopy swelling. Some times tourniquet pain may remain persistent post surgery.
You may need strict limb elevation to reduce swelling and enzyme tablet like Trypsin chymotrypsin may help.
Abdominal pain can be due to post surgery gastric hyperacidity.antacid tablet and syrup will help to reduce it.

You can apply ice for pain relief.
If pain persist then you can consult your doctor.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Dear sir, thank you for your previous answer, however, the pain in my abdominal muscles feel as though I've done about a couple hundred sit ups or crunches. Is this what you mean and that syrup will help, anyway I have called my Dr and told him my insicsion itches like crazy so I took a benedryl plus my pain meds are not working well I've put continuous ice on it but my bandage has shifted and scrunched down and I feel an oozing running down the side and to the back of my leg. I've called twice but have yet to recieve an answer. Any thoughts??

Brief Answer:
Explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Incision site is very small in arthroscopy so pain due to incision is very less likely.
Oozing will be there as in arthroscopy saline is used to inflate joint.I guess oozing is not blood?

You may need strong analgesic consulting your treating doctor.
