Question: Pain lower left shoulder in back,in front under ribs,in top of shoulder ,down left arm to hand and fingers,down left leg to knee,it's worse lying in bed,what is wrong

Hello. The pain radiating down your arm to the hand and fingers, and the pain from the leg to the knee are both indications of nerve root compressions, probably from ruptured disks. There may also be a problem with your left rotator cuff as with impingement syndrome or tendonitis.

You need MRI scans of your cervical spine, your lumbar spine, and your left shoulder to determine all that's going on here.
