When did the pain started?
How can you describe the pain?
Does it irradiate and where?
From 0-10 how much intense is it?
Have you tried any medication to decrease it?
What makes it worse and what makes it better?
Do you have other symptoms? Like constipation, diarrhea, bloating, ect...
