What Causes Pain In The Left Shoulder Blade?

Question: I think I'm having gallbladder issues, indigestion after meals,tenderness under ribs but on the left side,generally feeling tired, low energy- should I go to Urgent care? or can you advise me what to do, my health care provider is in AZ & I'm IN MN.
Pain in left shoulder blade area.

As per the description, most likely you are suffering from gallbladder problem very likely to be cholelithiasis (as pain is radiating to shoulder blades, left and/ right).

It's better to plan a visit to Gastroenterologist or a General surgeon and get an ultrasound of abdomen done to rule out gallbladder stones. Symptomatic gallbladder pathology should be treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in which gallbladder is removed laparoscopically.
