Brief Answer:
See a surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I need more details about your symptoms like do you have any other symptoms like constipation, diarhea, etc? Any fever? Any lump in the area? Pain at any other place? Any medical condition in the past?

I would suggest that you consult a general surgeon as it may be anal fissures or thrombosed piles, etc.

Hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
Need to find a cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

It does not seem serious. It seems like an abscess in the perianal area. It may also be initial stages of anal fissure or piles. Since there is no pain while defection it points more towards a localized infection or inflammation. Now in your query you have not stated if you have fever or mucous discharge in stools. So it seems like a mild inflammation. You can also check yourself for a lump in the area where pain is maximum.

To figure out the cause, I would suggest that you see a surgeon. He will be able to check you for any lump. He may also suggest further tests to confirm the diagnosis. If it is an abscess, or any other infection he may prescribe antibiotics for it.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
As described below

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You have not mentioned the diagnosis, but I am presuming it to be piles. Let me know if I am wrong. I will answer your specific questions as below

What are precaution i need to take?

A. You need to avoid constipation, straining while passing stools, sitting for defecation for more than 20 min. I am not sure if you have constipation.
You can also apply vaseline or cooking oil in the anal area to help passage of stools. Take lots of clean drinking water from an RO system. Avoid lifting heavy weights, sitting in uncomfortable positions or standing for too long.

1) I need to ride my two wheeler for office at least 45 minutes in morning and

75 minutes in the evening - advice for this.

A. Once your swelling is better, you will be able to ride your bike. Till then you can use other modes of conveyance.

2) In the night i am taking ragi ball regularly is it okay or i need to stop

A. If you feel that its causing constipation in you, then you may not take it. Otherwise no issues.

3) I need to sit in the office for longer time for work-any advice on this

A. Do not sit continuously for long hours. Take a walk every half hour to one hour and walk around or lie down (if bed available)

Please give what are foods i need to take and not and also do's and don,ts

A. You may want to avoid hot and spicy foods, high fiber foods like digestive biscuits (can cause constipation), high sugar foods, alcohol, artificial colourings.

Fruits, salads, whole wheat that are natural sources of fiber are good.

Please assist me i am very worrying of operation(surgery)

A. Surgeries can relieve you of your symptoms if bad. Otherwise it can be managed at home. Nothing much to worry.

Take care and let me know if I can assist you further.
