What Causes Pain In Lower Left Side Back, Nausea, Fever And Vomiting?

Question: pain in lower side of left side, (pain also there), nausea, gagging, low grade fever at night. Had all ct scans done, gallbladder, etc. Cat scane from the throat to the female organs, nausea stays with me, oain stays with me, when i have bowels movements, I throw up but nothing is in my stomach. I am at wits end.

How about blood work and urine analysis? Have you had it done?

For sure the next step in your diagnostic is colonoscopy. Actually it should be done before CT. Your symptoms can be caused by large intestine issues including diverticles (can be invisible in the CT) or a tumor. This is very probable especially if you have also slight anemia in the blood work.

Please have colonoscopy done as soon as possible. Gastroenterologist is a good doctor to consult.
