Brief Answer:
Better to take an ECG to rule out cardiac ischaemic pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. It is better to take an ECG to rule out cardiac cause of pain to be on safe side.
If it is gastric pain then applying hot water bags on abdomen and taking antacids or Zantac will be helpful.
When the pain started?
Is the pain continuous or short living pain?
If short how long it lasts?
Is there any provoking factors for pain?
Is there any relieving factors like pain reliving by taking rest?
Is it on left side?
Do you have gastritis?
Do you have hypertension?

Please update with above information. I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
