Brief Answer:
It can be due to weak bones

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that your ankle pain can be due to many causes. As you have mentioned that you have been treated with vascular disease and stent has been placed in your ankle.
I would suggest you following.
1.Check you vitamin and B12 level.
2.If there is low B 12 and vitamin D than it can cause pain in ankle and feet.
3.hot water fomentation and Volitran local application is useful.
4. Compresion bandage can be applied.
5.Avoid smoking if you do, Tablet Pregabalin M one daily at night time is also useful for you.
Most of the time it it either weak bones or nerve compression which causes such pain. These steps will help in both condition. Chest pain if due to spasm then it is also suggestive of calcium deficiency.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
