Hello

I have read your query,

Muscle biopsy and tissue culture can be done to rule out diseases like
Myopathy or muscular dystrophy.

Presence of a systemic disorder that may have silent manifestations in muscle for which muscle biopsy can help include,
Immune or Inflammatory disorders
Vasculitis,Microvasculopathies
Sarcoidosis ,Amyloid

Neoplasm: Angiotropic lymphoma; Adenocarcinoma
Mitochondrial disorders
Myasthenia gravis
Myotonias

Tissue fluid culture test is done to see for any organism growing in tissue and it’s sensitive to particular medicine.

If there is muscle tissue disorder or disease due to micro-organism then your abnormality can be detected by these tests.
