Brief Answer:
neuropathy / osteoarthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

If the toe sore has healed completely and feels numb, then it may be due to damage to one of the supplying nerves to the toe, most commonly leading to neuropathy.

This is usually reversible and the sensations usually return back to normal within a span of 2-3 months.

Methylcobalamin and folic acid tablets accelerate the healing process.

Knee pain,at this age usually results from osteoarthritis and ligament strains.Analgesics, with vitamin D and calcium supplements will help.

Application of compression bandage and local gel will help reduce the pain that you feel to be moving up your leg.

Avoid squatting, sitting cross legged and climbing stairs.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
