Brief Answer:
Neurological conditions need to be excluded.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Your symptoms may be stress related, but it is necessary first to exclude neurological conditions such normal pressure hydrocephalus, Parkinson's etc.

It is necessary to get evaluated by a Neurologist and probably to have done brain imaging such MRI in order to understand better your condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
UTI may explain muscles soreness if you experienced fever too.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

First, I suggested some neurological conditions that need to be considered, it is not possible to achieve a diagnosis online.

UTI may explain muscles soreness, and fatigue especially if you have been feverish lately.

I think neurological conditions still need to be considered and an uroculture is necessary to isolate the cause of the UTI and to tests its sensibility to antibiotics.

Hope I helped you.

Take care.
