What Causes Missed Periods?

Question: hi, my question is regarding pregnancy. Me and my girlfriend had a unprotected sex, and its been almost three months she haven't got her chumps. Is there any medicine to get out of this pregnancy?
And can u help me out to coming out of this situation as i don't know any doctor personally.
