Brief Answer:
Urine infection should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Mild pain is common in second trimester of pregnancy due to the enlargement of the uterus.
However, urine infection should be ruled out as it is another common cause of pain in lower abdomen in pregnancy.
I will suggest you to consult your OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
