Brief Answer:
could be an anal fissure

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

Burning type of pain in lower buttocks is usually associated with anal fissure, specially if it is coupled with passing hard stools. In this case a laxative or stool softener will relieve the pain.

Another possibility is of worm infestation, if the stools are not hard. And in this case, deworming will greatly help.

Hope i have been helpful.
