What Causes Liver Inflammation While Suffering From Severe Pancreatitis?
Question: Hi i got my gallbladder out in 2010 but after that started having episodes where my liver would imflame vomit diarrah and dark brown pee my white blood cell elevated and 2 or 3 days later everything is back to normal ive been tested for hiv and that was negative my docter finally said sphincter of oddi dysfunction i got an ercp when i woke up i had soooooo much pain i coulnd breathe my heart rate was over 200 and i was screaming in pain they put my in the icu said i had severe pancreatitis two week later they told my i had a cyst in my pancrease wich left on its on i was fed with a tbn bag for about 3 week when i went home i got alot of pain and went back to the hospital they said my pancrease still had imflamation and put a feeding tube in my nose i finally got that out one month later but the pain never really went away i keep having episodes and i just got edoscopicultrasound with celiac nerve block it still hurt and wat cuases my liver imflation i know im not a drugy or crazy help

As per your description, your Liver and pancreas were affected.
I would like to know the latest Liver function tests report and also Serum Amylase and Serum Lipase levels.
I would also like to know the latest CT Scan abdomen report.
Please send all these reports as attachment.
In case of Pancreatic cyst, we wait for 6 weeks for the wall maturation, so that Sutures will be taken easily.The size of the cyst should be more than 6cms for surgical intervention.
Celiac nerve block has relieved pain in many patients.
Please avoid Oily food.
