Brief Answer:
you could travel with precautions

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

Subserous fibroid if fundal is not usually the cause absence of heart beats or threatened miscarraige. It is worrisome if the fibroid was submucosal .

You should repeat the ultrasound after a week to 10 days of the last one to see if fetal heart is present.

Fetal heart is most definitely seen after 7.5 weeks.

do not worry and get the ultrasound done.

Travel should not pose a problem if you do not have any high risk factors like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid , blood clots in self or family. take the Aisle seat, have short walks on the aisle during the flight to prevent cramps and keep yourself well hydrated.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
